Compete with other players to place all of your cars on the road... but first... build your roadways!
In Tokyo Highway, you and other players will build columns of varied heights by using the 66 cylinders of the game, and then connect sticks between the columns to serve as roadways.
It will be hard enough to build the roads, let alone use them!
