A defined and distinct character, Maestro Dobel Aejo is aged in American white oak barrels. Vintages of the tequila from different phases of the aging process are then combined to yield superior flavor. Best savored slowly on its own, either neat or on the rocks. (ABV 40% - 80 proof). Dobel is the namesake of 11th generation tequila producer Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta. Dobel Tequila is his legacy, so he oversees every step of its production personally.
